We will ask you for your name, telephone number (preferably mobile) and date of birth. We will give you a time and date for your first appointment and we will ask that you come a few minutes early to complete the medical questionnaire

If you are disabled:

...just tell the receptionist and you will be placed with a conveniently situated dentist.

We will try to telephone or e-mail you the day before your appointment to remind you. We will not be able to leave the time of your appointment with a third party or on an answering machine. Please call us if you are unsure of the time of your appointment

Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or to ask for a deposit.
